These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Target Events International AB ("we", "us", "our"), including the Target Events Android App, Target Events iOS App, and the targetevents.net website (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services ("Terms").
The Services are provided exclusively to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. The Services are provided exclusively to persons or legal entities. Use of the Services via scripts, "bots" or other means of automation is prohibited. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Each user is solely responsible for all actions performed through the Services.
The Services may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users must not post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
All content, trademarks, and data on the Services, except for user-generated content, are our property or the property of our licensors. Use, copying, or distribution of any content from the Services without our prior written consent is prohibited.
“Your Data” means any data and content which you upload, store, retrieve, or otherwise make available through the Services. You retain all rights to Your Data. You agree to grant Target Events International AB a license to store, retrieve, backup, restore, and otherwise copy Your Data so that we may provide you with the Services.
Our Privacy Policy and its sub-policies explain the way we handle and protect your personal data and privacy in relation to your Account, your use of the Services, and your browsing of the targetevents.net website. By agreeing to the present Terms and using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and its sub-policies.
Target Events integrates with third-party services, some of which are required in order for us to provide our Services to you. We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party service. You further acknowledge and agree that Target Events International AB shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services. Detailed information about the third-party services we use is provided in our Privacy Policy.
We do not make any warranty about the reliability of the Services or the security of user data, despite best efforts. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, non-infringement, or warranties that may arise from course of dealing or course of performance or usage of trade. To the extent not prohibited by law, you acknowledge and agree that in no event will we be responsible or liable to you or any third party, under any theory of responsibility or liability, for any indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of data, use, or profits; business interruptions; or any other damages or losses), for any multiplier on or increase to damages, or for any costs or fees (including attorneys’ fees), whether under these Terms or otherwise, arising in any way in connection with your Account, the Services, or these Terms, whether arising at law, in equity, or otherwise, and whether based in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), common law, statute, equity, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage, or for any other claim, demand, or damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use your Account or the Services. If, by being the first person to do so, you send us a video recording of yourself speaking the previous sentence out loud in a single breath, without error, along with a waiver of all claims to the intellectual rights of that recording, we will present you with a gift, present, and/or award determined by us at our sole discretion.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
We may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Users may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting us at info@targetevents.net. Upon account deletion, we will remove personal data associated with the account, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Additional information about our data handling and retention is provided in our Privacy Policy.
